This ipod era mosquito box claps when it fries one of those malaria spreading mini devil bats. The rational being that it is recreating the hand-clapping sound of the more traditional method of squishing it between your hands. The death of any such vermin is a cause of celebration, great product.

A House for your DIY Digital Archive
For all you DIYers out there with a thirst for an affordable media server, building your own storage device is a cost effective solution. Century’s Tera Tower is a good enclosure for housing all your 3.5” HDD. It can hold up to eight 3.5" IDE or SATA HDDs and you can mix and match any HDD you want, so slide in a 20GB snuggly with a 250GB if you like. You can also play with the partitions and create 8 columns, 1 single volume or 2 volumes (7+1, 5+3). The Tera Tower connects through USB 2.0 but not firewire or eSATA.

As a popular gathering place, Kitchens are often complemented with a stereo or TV to make those more mundane tasks less so. For a more tidy finish the new multimedia range hood from Siemens combines a 17" LCD screen, DVD and CD player and internet browser into the extractor above the hobs.
On the issue of the extractor fan it’s also very quiet, emitting only 40 decibels while in operation, allowing you to listen to music or watch a movie without having to crank the metaphorical volume switch all the way to the right.
Price €2,000.

Refridgerated bathroom cabinet for cosmetics, medicine or beer
My friend always bangs on about how nice it is to have a ice cold beer in a hot bath, since I don’t have a bath in my house I’m yet to try it out but I’ll take his word for it. Anyways, this bathroom medicine cabinet with a refrigerator in it by Biszet I’m sure would be very handy for this relaxation pursuit.
Apparently it's ideal to keep your cosmetics and medicines in as it protects them "against germinating or any other negative aspects". The three compartments have different temperatures and can be adjusted individually: the lower compartment is around 5-8 °C (41-46 °F) and is ideal for vitamins, the middle one is around 8-10 °C (46-50 °F) and is "perfect for cosmetics with precious, natural nutrients", and the upper section is around 12 °C (54 °F) and is "ideal for products containing collagen".
This obviously isn’t too important if you’re just storing some ice coldies in there but well worth knowing so you can sell the idea to the missus when you tell her how much it costs, which I imagine is a lot as they’re used in the Emirates Towers in Dubai, one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.
