Retrofit concealment for your Flat Panel TV
Dinendi offer mirror kits that turn your flat panel TV into a quite convincing mirror. The kit includes a housing to completely hide your screen and the two way mirror looks like an ordinary mirror when the TV is turned off but then when the it’s turned on the image comes through clearly. They come in various sizes and frames to suit your existing screen and décor although admittedly all the frames are quite ‘old school’. Click on the image to visit their site and see if there are any that you fancy.

Translucent - Opaque electronic curtains

Typical use would be as electronic curtains and the sheets can actually appear white, red, blue, or yellow. They’ll sell for 30,000 yen (£143) to 50,000 yen (£239) per sq metre later this year. How annoying is it when you’re about as chillaxed as watching a nature documentary after a big Sunday lunch and you have to get up to turn off the light?! I find myself in that situation more often and not and as an alternative to installing a ‘clapper’ or a remote control light switch why not check out Tobias Wong’s wireless on/off switch. You can put it anywhere up to 100 feet away from the light fixture of your choice, Simply attach the remote component to your light fixture and you’re ready to control it with your new switch complete in the elegant Lucite box with magnetic lid.
